How long from application to completion?
With complete documents, the power company usually finishes in 5-15 business days. Including property coordination and construction, expect 2-4 weeks total.
Can I install on a rented parking space?
Most cities support long-term leases (1+ year) with a rental contract. Some cities also require the landlord's property certificate. Short-term rentals are usually not supported.
